Diet Day 1

yesterday was my first day of diet, thank God! everything went smoothly as what is desired. I also had the sauna for 15 minutes.


Menu and the amount of calories that I took yesterday as follows: -

Breakfast
6 Bikut Jacob Weetameal + Tuna = 200 KCl
RxLite = 59 KCl

Snacks
Mamee = 112 KCl

Lunch
Oat Tomyam = 250 KCl

Drink
Lime Juice = 50 KCl

Dinner
1 / 3 Rice + fish snapper = 500 KCl

Total Calories = 1.171
Note!!
Extreme Fat Loss:
1267 Calories / day

Restart Diet

Today I restarted the diet, I hope that this time more successful diet and weight loss than before. Surprised at the numbers on the weights are, oh I feel like crying!


After this what I eat to be listed here for disciplining me. It is my hope successfully!

Tips to reduce heat bodies

If your son a fever, take the youngest banana leaf as a midrib. Clean and brush the surface of banana leaf with coconut oil. Then paste on the forehead, neck, abdomen and back of children.
